Principles of personal data processing

LEGISLATION AND BASIC INFORMATION

Directive on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), which entered into force on May 25, 2018, replacing the current Czech legislation in this area.

Personal data is processed to the extent that the relevant entity has provided it to the controller in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with our company.

The controller is our company PREVIO s.r.o. (ID No. 25975234). For the purpose of data “management”, sufficient technical and personnel measures have been taken to ensure the protection of personal data. In particular, in areas of possible unauthorized access to personal data, their possible alteration, destruction or loss. Other areas of protection relate to unauthorized manipulation of data, its unauthorized processing, and any other possible misuse of personal data.

All entities to whom personal data may be disclosed respect the data subjects’ right to privacy and are required to comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE STORE IT?

The main reason is for business and administrative purposes. If you enter into a contract with us, we will record your contact details.

  • Name and complete information about the company (according to the Commercial Register or Trade Register)
  • Name and address of the accommodation facility
  • Contact emails and phone numbers
  • Accounting and payment details (company ID, VAT number, account number).

The data is necessary for your identification as a counterparty in a contractual relationship, for issuing tax documents, and for identifying your cashless payments.

As our customers, we may also inform you (most often) by email or telephone about news and changes to the product you have purchased. This may include information about updates and changes to the system, dates of planned outages, etc.

You can completely unsubscribe from receiving information messages at the bottom of each email message sent.

We keep your data until the end of our contractual relationship and then, in accordance with the law, for another ten years from the date of termination of the contract. Your personal data will never be shared or sold to third parties.

We also want to improve the services we provide. When you visit our website and work with our products, we collect data about your visits, use of the website, and specific products. The data collected includes your IP address, time spent on the site, which site you came from, and how long you stayed on the site. For this purpose

RIGHT TO DATA AND ITS DELETION

If you feel that we have recorded incorrect data about you or that we are not processing the data in accordance with applicable legislation, you can contact us (as the data controller) at any time. The information can be modified, the method of its processing explained, and, upon request, the data can be completely deleted.

PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Czech and European legislation. All data is stored on secure servers. We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies.

Personal data that we process as a controller is only accessible to employees who provide administrative and technical support for the operation of our software and other related products.

Our employees who come into contact with your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality about the nature and content of this data.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent. The only exception would be a legal obligation to disclose recorded data to a state authority.
