Principles of personal data processing

LEGISLATION AND BASIC INFORMATION

Directive on the Processing of Personal Data under Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (Personal Data Protection), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, replacing the current Czech legislation in this respect.

Personal data is processed to the extent the administrator is provided by the relevant entity in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with our company.

The administrator is our company PREVIO limited company (ID 25975234). In order to "administer" the data, sufficient technical and personnel measures have been taken to ensure the protection of personal data. Particularly in the areas of possible unauthorized access to personal data, their possible change, destruction or loss. Other areas of protection concern unauthorized data manipulation, unauthorized processing, and any other possible misuse of personal information.

All entities to which personal data may be made available respect the privacy rights of data subjects and are required to act in accordance with applicable law on the protection of personal data.

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?

The main reason is Commercial and administrative purposes. If you enter into cooperation with us in the framework of a concluded contract, we will record your contact details.

The data is necessary for your identification as counterparty in a contractual relationship, for issuing tax documents and for identifying your non-cash payments.

As our customers, we can also inform you (most often) by e-mail or by telephone about news and changes in the purchased product. This may be information about updates and changes to the system, dates of scheduled shutdowns, etc.

Complete opt-out of information messages is possible at the bottom of every email message sent to you.

We record your data until termination of the mutual agreement and then by law another ten years from the date of termination of the contract. Your personal data will never be shared or sold to a third party.

We also want to improve our services. When you visit our website or work with our products, we collect your data, site usage and also the usage of specific products. The data we get includes your IP address, the time spent on the page, the page you came from and the time you closed the page. To use this purpose, we use third-party services (Google Analytics, etc.).

The data can not be assigned to a particular object. Information is gained through cookies or through tracking technologies to improve our services and website. You can disable cookies at any time on your computer. However, the ban may affect the functionality of the site or other products of our company.

THE RIGHT TO DATA AND ITS REMOVAL

If you feel we have received incorrect information about you or did not process the data in accordance with applicable law, you may contact us (as the data administrator) at any time. It is possible to modify the information, explain the way it is processed and, on request, to completely remove the data.

PROTECTION AND SAFETY OF YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the valid Czech and European legislation. All data is stored on secure servers. We protect your personal data as much as possible using modern technology.

Personal data that we process as an administrator is accessible only to employees who perform administrative and technical support for the operation of our software and other associated products.

Our employees who come into contact with your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality about the nature and content of such data.

Without your consent, your personal data will not be passed on to any third party. The only exception would be the statutory obligation to pass on data to a government body.
